The Victoria Falls marathon gives you a once in a lifetime opportunity to run through one of the most spectacular natural wonders of the world. This amazing spectacle is at the highest volumes in July and is the world largest sheet of falling water. Set in the small town of Victoria falls on the border of Zambia, Zimbabwe, Namibia and Botswana, this Island tour falls in your Bucketlist for a few reasons!

Fly from Nairobi early in the Morning to Victoria Falls with a short stop at Bole International Airport in Addis. Transfer from the airport to the hotel. Our lovely hosts will pick us up by car for the short ride to the hotel. Spend the afternoon visiting the Waterfall or collecting your Race package. Dinner at one of the amazing restaurants in town.
After breakfast head out on a tour of the many adventure centres around. You can schedule one of the many activities listed on the attached annex. It is a good day to dare the 111m Bungy Jump from the bridge. Overnight at Victoria Falls.
Rise up early and get a shuttle/taxi/walk to the race start point. Participate in this great run touching both Zambia and Zimbabwe borders and across the iconic bridge. Later on you may schedule a spa retreat or embark on a Sundowner cruise on the Zambezi River.
After breakfast and a long night rest you have the opportunity to cool off your run by doing on the air activities like Micro light flight and helicopter sweeps over the falls (weather permitting). You can also take an evening walk with lions or do the Bungy if you did not manage to do so on day one. Alternatively a walk across Livingstone Zambia is great to sample the local cuisine or a sunset cruise on the Chobe River in Botswana (Has highest population of Elephants in the world). Return to Lodge for the night.
After breakfast, spend the morning relaxing at the Lodge before transferring to the airport at 1100hrs for your flight back to Nairobi. Trip ends with great memories.
