This experiential training camp is aimed at taking our children out for a 4day fun outdoor-oriented program. The program will be annexed to learning by doing various fun outdoor activities with our professional outdoor education experts.
All the meals are prepared fresh by our experienced chefs at the camp. There will be no food purchased at any offsite outlet during the duration of the program. Kindly communicate any special diet to us in advance.
We do not allow any electronics at camp. This is time for the explorers to learn social skills. We will have an appointed camp admin number in case you would like to speak to your child. In case of an emergency, we will contact you through the same number.
Health & Safety
All our Camp Crew are Trained in first aid as well as emergency procedures. We have a senior Wilderness First Responder(WFR) trained safety officer in our crew who is in charge of the health and safety of the children at all times. Our Program takes place at Sagana Camp which has undergone a satisfactory safety check by our crew. The camp has 24 hours security for the explorers. We will have trained chaperones to supervise the children at all times. We will have a Van at the Camp at all times in case of any medical emergencies.
Morning – Drop off at Sagana by 0900hrs and settle into rooms. After a short rest, Archery follows.
Afternoon – Ducky Trip and Field games.
Evening Activity – Night Walk | Fashion Show | Cultural Night
Morning – Basic Mechanics and Car maintenance, White Water Rafting
Afternoon – Navigation Hike to Kiambichu. Camp, Bush cooking lesson.
Evening Activity – Fire Making Survival Skills | Camp Fire
Morning – Wall Climbing, low ropes and Ziplining
Afternoon – Depart After Lunch
Every Morning: Zumba/ Aerobics
7:30 am: Breakfast
12:30 pm: Lunch

Duckies start with 2 individuals practicing their strokes to steer and move the craft. Ducky also has a chance to embark on a river Journey and safely navigate the 2 person’s inflatable downriver. Guides will also be present to oversee the group’s safety.
Archery and Zip
Take place onsite, where children shooting arrows on our archery range, play games, challenge themselves. The activity is topped off with children flying across the river on a zip-line. This will be a great physical and confidence challenge for the group. Also enforcing some of the P.E. lessons learned in schools such as teamwork and selflessness.
Participants will be given a map and will have to navigate their way to the top of Kiambichu Hill. There, they’ll make camp, build a fire and cook dinner.
Rock Climb at Baboon
Take place offsite, where children get the opportunity to climb on the artificial wall, play games, challenge themselves on the bouldering rock face then late climb a natural rock. This will be a great physical and confidence challenge for the group.
White Water Rafting
This is an offsite activity run by highly U.K. and International Rafting Federation (IRF) trained instructors. It takes a maximum of 6 children in one raft.
Due to the current covid-19 situation, The team will again work in smaller groups to go on a short safe exploration night journey with a guide/ guides. The aim is to embark on a night journey filled with natural night melodies, nocturnal life, and star-filled skies.
Human top Trumps
In groups, participants will have the opportunity to score points for their team through a series of fun, confidence-boosting, and Public speaking challenges. E.g. “person with the best Michael Jackson dance”
Money Making DIY
We are going to document a wine bottle recycling process. Which can later be sold if the participants wish.
