Strava is up with another challenge that already has 0.2M participants. It is called the Escape Plan.
The idea for this challenge is to break free from your everyday distractions and commit to being active 5 days a week for 4 weeks. Run, ride, swim, strength train, kiteboard – all activity types count. The challenge starts and ends based on each participant,s local time zone meaning its a global challenge.
All activity types count toward this challenge, including manual entries and indoor activities. Minimum time for each qualifying activity is 15 minutes. Activities visible to “Everyone,” “Only You” or “Followers Only” are eligible for this challenge. Your followers may see notifications that you’ve joined or completed this challenge, but your activities will remain private according to your Privacy Controls.
